He is recognized as a bowling all-rounder, proficient as a right-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler. Ben Mike made his first-class debut for Leicestershire in the 2018 County Championship on September 4, 2018. He made his Twenty20 debut on May 1, 2019, for Leicestershire against the touring Pakistan team.
