Sri Lankan Career:

Milantha began his professional cricket journey with Ragama Cricket Club, making his List A debut on December 12, 2013, against Colts Cricket Club during the Premier Limited Overs Tournament. He transitioned to first-class cricket on February 14, 2014, facing Chilaw Marians Cricket Club in the Premier League Tournament. His T20 debut came on April 1, 2015, against Colombo Cricket Club in the SLC Twenty-20 Tournament.

Throughout his domestic career in Sri Lanka, Milantha showcased his batting prowess. Notably, he was the leading run-scorer in the 2017–18 Premier Limited Overs Tournament, amassing 448 runs from six matches. In February 2020, he achieved a career milestone by scoring a double century, making 252 runs for Badureliya Sports Club in the Premier League Tournament.
